SOLD is the outcome achieved by Eview with my recent house sale and I am now SOLD with Eview in Frankston.
I am very glad that I seeked advice from our friends who have sold properties in Frankston, they recommended that I speak with Arthur at Eview in relation to my house that I was looking to sell, who in turn put Dena in charge of my property sale. My house had been quite damaged by an outgoing tenant, thus I seeked advice from Dena and Arthur as to what improvements the house needed, where should or shouldn't I spend money to increase the potential sale price.
There advice was spot on, plus they put me in contact with various trades and probably the most important the house styling company to fully furnish the house in preparation for sale, it now feels like somewhere a potential buyer will want to call home or invest in. It was refreshing to have an agent that kept in continual contact before, during and after the sale, keeping me up to date on every step of the process.
The sales strategy that Dena put together was fantastic, the sale board looked impressive, the brochures gave a true reflection of the property, the photography brought the home to life, the on line sales approach was even better, with Dena adjusting the on line visibility at precisely the right time to maximise the number of enquiries. Most importantly was how Eview dealt with enquiries and set up the open for inspection, pushing all enquiries to the open day, which generated over 50 people walking around the house, bringing a real sense of urgency to potential purchasers. Which is exactly what happened, there were 5 offers on the day!
I cannot thank Dena and Eview enough for their help selling my property, yes you have to pay for a real estate agent to sell your property, with Eview I was able to make my money back and a little bit extra after listening to their advice and trusting them to do exactly what they say they will, sell your property at the best price possible.
