Sandra was raised in South Frankston and attended Derinya Primary, Frankston High and Mt Eliza High Schools prior to accepting a position as a junior travel consultant with World Travel Headquarters Frankston in the late 70's. Following positions over the next 30 years include Personal Assistant and secretarial duties, office administration, cashier, restaurant hostess, promotions and retail sales.
In her travels Sandra has lived and worked in various locations along the east coast of Australia and chose to return to the peninsula to live and rear her daughter. A passion for property, negotiating and enjoyment of helping people bought her to the Real Estate Industry.

Sandra is honest, and was able to negotiate an excellent price for property after 2 open days.
Purchaser viewed first open house then again on second opening, and sale negotiated that day and signed by me owner. I visited her office at dinner time to complete. Sandra does not waste your time with too much statistical information and booklets like some agents. She is down to earth, friendly and approachable. She can provide plenty of information on current sales trends, previous sales by her, and is open to negotiate details such as boards, photos, brochures for selling etc and be fair with seller. I recommend her to anyone. (I had previous experience with too many hard sell estate agents, too intent on getting your business, but not acting fairly to put out boards on open days, get the price you want, nor negotiate sufficiently on photos, brochures, boards, and percentage from sale. Some even give you around an hour hard sell with pictures, data and boring irrelevant information with 2 salesmen on ipad). I love Sandra’s honesty and approach. She will give you as much information as you request and get the job done as quickly as possible.
